Often, employees must write procedures for ISO 9000, Sarbanes-Oxley, or other regulatory purposes without experience or training. This course will introduce employees to best practices in writing procedures.

- How to write one procedure for several reader groups
- How to make procedures more readable and useable
- How to use active voice correctly
- How to better format procedures
- How and when to use graphics
Learners should bring a sample procedure they have recently written (one-to-two pages; five copies).
