Webinars are back because you asked for them!

A webinar is practical, hands-on training that you access on your computer, either by yourself at your desk or with others in a conference room (all of you viewing an image projected from a computer). You receive audio by telephone. Dr. Frick will invite you to interact with her whenever possible, and you can always type in questions for her to answer in the webinar or after the class is over. You'll receive copies of the handouts before the webinar so you can print them for all attendees.

Webinars are a relatively new medium that is superb for delivering fast, focused, and fun training on specific communication topics at a very affordable price. Yet Dr. Frick is the only one, to her knowledge, offering webinars on writing better:

Dr. Frick uses Citrix® GoToMeeting® to deliver her webinars. This tool is simple, yet effective: There are not a lot of bells and whistles, so there isn't much technology to learn. The experience is all about the content--learning the latest best practices so you can improve your communication skills. And the class size is small--about 12 or 13 maximum--so you can get all your questions answered.
